  1. About The ECCC Resource Centre (ECCC Library)
    • Opened in 2023, the ECCC Resource Centre is located beside the Office of the Council of Ministers, as a lasting legacy of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
    • Officially inaugurated on 27 September 2023, the Centre preserves the Court’s extensive archives and makes them accessible to the public.
    • With its library, research facilities, and digital archive access, it serves as a public space for learning, research, and reflection on the Khmer Rouge trials and Cambodia’s pursuit of justice.
  2. Public Computer Use
    • Computers are available for unlimited use by library members.
    • Priority is given to members who have made a reservation in advance.
    • Computer facilities are provided strictly for academic and research purposes.
  3. Book Loans
    • Book Loans: it is now not available.
  4. Scan and Deliver Service
    • This service provides electronic copies of selected library materials delivered via email or Telegram (for urgent cases).
    • Eligibility: Provided at no cost to all ECCC Library members and affiliated partners.
    • Making Your Request:
      • Log in to the online catalogue (registration is free).
      • Use the "Ask a Librarian" link to email us your name and affiliation.
      • Once the feature is enabled on your account, locate the item and click "Request Article."
    • Fulfillment: Requests are normally fulfilled within five (5) working days, including weekends and holidays (Excluding Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Day).
  5. Interlibrary Loan Service
    • In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the ECCC Library and the CKS Library, registered ECCC Library members may apply for interlibrary loan services from the CKS Library.
    • Members are advised to contact the Librarian for further information and assistance.
  6. Other Facilities
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in both library areas.
    • Room bookings are available to registered library members, subject to space availability.
    • If the Reading Room reaches full capacity, the ground floor area may be used temporarily.
